Members and renewals stay in the platform. Prospects and campaigns stay in HubSpot. Joins flow one way, so nobody is in two databases.

Every connection is defined so one system owns each kind of data. Members, dues, events and requests are the platform's. Prospects, books and campaigns are the tool's.
Connections in your accounts
API keys and app connections live in your accounts, not ours. Revoke one and it stops. Leave a tool and the platform keeps working.
Named in text, never as a logo
We name the tools where the connection is the point. We do not decorate the site with their logos, and we do not sell partner badges.
What we will not do

Build inside them
We will not build your platform inside Salesforce, Oracle, iMIS or a plugin marketplace. It is yours, on our own stack, connected to theirs.

Sync two member databases
If a tool wants to be the member database too, one of them has to lose. The platform wins, and the tool gets a copy it cannot edit.
