The platformCRM

One record for every member, and everything that happens to it.

The CRM is what staff work from: organizations, people, dues, chapters, events, requests and every conversation, in a PostgreSQL database in your association's name.

What members never see

  1. 01

Nothing, and that is the point

Members use the portal, the directory and events. The CRM is the record underneath all of them, so a change in one place is a change everywhere.

  2. 02

    Their own data, correct

Because there is one record, the member who updates an address in the portal has updated the invoice, the directory and the chapter list.

What staff get

  1. 01

    One page per member

Organization, contacts, membership status, dues history, chapter, events attended, open requests and notes, on one screen. Never a modal.

  2. 02

    Lists that do work

Every column sorts, filters live in a top rail, and bulk actions appear only when rows are selected. 48-pixel rows, 25 per page, because staff read tables all day.

  3. 03

    A history you can trust

Every change is logged with who and when. Renewals, registrations and emails appear on the record automatically, not because someone remembered to add them.

  4. 04

    Roles, not passwords

Membership, events, finance and chapter chairs each see what their role allows. Permissions are enforced in the database, not only on the screen.

The staff view

One record, one screen, no second sidebar.

A staff dashboard shows what needs doing today. A member record shows everything about one member. Neither is a wall of numbers.

Sample data for Northbridge Alliance, a fictional association. Any resemblance to real organizations is coincidental.

The record, over a year

A member’s history, written by the platform.

Every renewal, registration, request and address change lands on the record by itself, with who and when. Nobody has to remember to add it.

Who sees what

Each role sees what it needs. The rule lives in the database, not only on the screen.

  • Membership

    Status, dues history, contacts

  • Events

    Registrations, passes, check-ins

  • Finance

    Invoices and payments

  • Chapter chair

    Their own chapter’s members only

AI in this module

Ask the record in plain English.

On the same record and permissions as the rest of the platform. Nothing reaches members without a person, unless you decide a step is safe to automate.

How AI works across the platform
  1. Questions, not report builders

“Which Benelux members have not renewed and registered for Lisbon?” returns a list staff can act on, within what their role may see.

  2. A summary on every record

The top of each member record says what happened this year: renewals, events, requests, notes. Read in ten seconds before a call.

  3. Duplicates found for you

Possible duplicate people and organizations are flagged for staff to review and merge, instead of found by a member who got two invoices.

What it replaces

Three tools become one record.

  • Today: An AMS record (the rented association management system), a spreadsheet and an inbox

In your platform: One member record with the history on it

  • Today: Exports to fix the directory and the mailing list

In your platform: Nothing to export. The directory and the email list read the record directly

  • Today: A vendor's report builder

In your platform: Lists you filter yourself, and the database you can query if you want to

Your staff, working from one record.

Start with a three-week audit: every tool mapped, a blueprint and a fixed quote. No demo, no sales deck.
