Who it's for
Member platforms for hospitality and travel associations.
Lodging, campground, resort and destination associations, where the public directory drives bookings, the events season is the year's revenue, and staff are few.

What these associations run on today
Five systems, and a small staff between them.
A public directory that is the website
Travellers use the member directory to choose where to stay, and it is a plugin updated from an export, missing the new properties and listing the closed ones.
A small staff being the integration
Two or three people re-entering registrations, fixing listings and chasing renewals between the busy seasons.
Members who are not online
Owner-operators who renew by cheque and never log in, and a system that cannot tell whether they lapsed or simply did not click.
What the platform does
Three jobs, ready for the busy season.
A public directory that sells rooms
Search by region, type and amenities, with photos, seasons and a booking link, drawn from the member record so a lapsed property disappears and a new one appears the day it joins.
Renewals without the chase
A thirty-day sequence to every contact at the property, a one-page renewal, and a list for the regional chair of who has not renewed.
A conference and a trade show on one system
Attendee and exhibitor registration, sponsor tiers and the programme, on the member's own account.
The public directory
The directory travellers use is the member record.
Search by region, type and amenities, with photos, seasons and a booking link. A lapsed property disappears and a new one appears the day it joins, because the listing is the member, not an export.

Where each part comes from
The listing and photos
Edited by the owner in the portal, on the same account they renew with.
Shown while the membership is current
Renew, and the listing stays. Lapse, and it leaves the directory without anyone touching a plugin.
Region, type and season
Fields on the member record, so search and the regional chair’s list agree.

Why we start here
This is the sector we know best.
Before MemberWright, the people building it spent years on lodging, campground and RV resort websites, and on the systems behind an owners association: directories travellers actually search, seasonal availability, and renewals chased by a staff of two or three.
That is background, not a client list. MemberWright does not publish the organizations it has worked with, and none of that work is claimed as the studio's own. It is described by sector, and it is the reason we lead with hospitality and travel.
What the board asks
What lodging boards ask first.
It links to each property's own booking engine, or to a channel you already use. The platform is the directory of record; it does not compete with your members' booking systems.
The portal is designed for owner-operators on a phone, with one login and one button for renewal. Staff can also renew or register on a member's behalf, on the same record.
Yes. The platform connects to the email and marketing tools you keep. It does not need to replace them to be the system of record.

The other networks we design for.

Franchise and operator associations
Owners and operators who need a voice, a peer network and a record of their own.
- Who it's for
Professional societies with chapters
Individual members, credentials, continuing education and local chapters that need their own space.
- Who it's for
Trade and industry networks
Independent member companies who do business with each other across borders.
Start with what your association runs today.
Start with a three-week audit: every tool mapped, a blueprint and a fixed quote. No demo, no sales deck.
